At the beginning of each class, we say:
Seek perfection of character
— Always work to better ourselves, on and off the mat.
Be faithful
— Stay loyal to our instructors, our dojo, and our values.
Endeavor
— Train with spirit, push through challenges, never give up.
Respect others
— Show courtesy, humility, and honor to everyone.
Refrain from violent behavior
— Use our skills responsibly, with control and purpose.
